Office Hours & Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. Our office hours
are 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. When you call to
make your appointment, please describe your problem
so that you will be scheduled appropriately and conveniently.
First-time visits usually take longer than others.
We realize that your time
is valuable, so we will make every attempt to see you
promptly. If you must cancel an appointment, please
do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you are a new patient; please download and print our welcome packet located under resources. It will speed up your wait time if you will complete the packet before your appointment with us.
Out of concern for our obstetrical patients, we ask
that you do not bring children to our office.
Telephone Calls
Telephone calls are handled by our office staff. If you
have a medical question the staff is unable to answer,
you will be referred to the provider.
Prescriptions & Refills
If refills are required, please contact our office during
normal working hours. Our provider will review your
records to determine if you should be seen prior to
contacting your pharmacy.
Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, call our office and explain,
in as much detail as possible, the problems you are
having. After office hours, our answering service will
page the provider on call. He or she will immediately
contact you with further instructions.
Lab Results
Some minor routine lab tests are done in our office and
results are available immediately. More complex lab
tests are done at an outside laboratory and it may
take a few days for results to return. We will notify
you of your results either by mail or personally.
Payment
Please be prepared to pay for services when they are rendered, including co-pays, co-insurances and deductibles. As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly file your insurance following your delivery, surgery and /or special procedure. We do participate and accept most forms of health insurance, however, we request that all patients present pertinent insurance information prior to being seen in our office.
